These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Easy Virtual Assistants website at easyvirtualassistants.com and the virtual assistant services we provide. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

2. Our Services
Easy Virtual Assistants provides remote virtual assistant services including administrative support, social media management, digital marketing, content writing, customer support, lead generation, web and tech support, graphic design, and data research.
The specific services, hours, and deliverables for each client are agreed in a separate service agreement or statement of work before work begins.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement to use our services. By using our services, you confirm that you meet these requirements.
4. Service Agreements and Payment
Quotes and agreements
All service engagements begin with a written quote or service agreement. Work does not start until both parties have agreed to the scope, hours, and pricing in writing.
Payment terms
Payment terms are set out in your individual service agreement. In general:
- Hour bundles are invoiced in advance at the start of each billing period
- Payment is due within the number of days stated on the invoice
- Late payments may result in a pause in service delivery
Refunds
Hours that have been worked are non-refundable. If you are unhappy with the quality of work, contact us within 7 days and we will work to resolve the issue, which may include re-doing the work at no additional charge.
5. Cancellation and Changes
Month-to-month plans can be cancelled with written notice before the next billing period begins. Notice requirements are stated in your service agreement.
You may request changes to the scope of work at any time. Changes that affect the number of hours or pricing will be confirmed in writing before they take effect.
6. Confidentiality
We take confidentiality seriously. Before your virtual assistant begins work, we sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) covering your business information, client data, and any other sensitive materials you share with us.
You agree to keep the terms of your service agreement and any proprietary information about our processes confidential.
7. Intellectual Property
Work product created by your virtual assistant on your behalf (such as written content, graphics, or research) is owned by you upon full payment for those hours.
Our website content, branding, and materials remain the property of Easy Virtual Assistants. You may not reproduce or use them without our written permission.
8. Client Responsibilities
To get the best results from your virtual assistant, you agree to:
- Provide clear briefs and reasonable deadlines
- Give your virtual assistant access to the tools and information they need to complete tasks
- Respond to questions within a reasonable time
- Treat your virtual assistant with respect
We reserve the right to pause or end a service engagement if a client behaves in a way that is abusive, threatening, or otherwise unreasonable toward our team.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Easy Virtual Assistants is not liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of our services
- Loss of data, revenue, or business opportunity
- Errors in work that you did not report within 7 days of delivery
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount you paid us in the 30 days before the claim arose.
10. Warranties and Disclaimers
We aim to deliver high-quality work. However, we do not guarantee specific business outcomes (such as increased revenue, follower growth, or search rankings) from our services.
Our website is provided on an "as is" basis. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where the dispute arises. For clients in the United States, these Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. For clients in the United Kingdom, these Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
12. Dispute Resolution
If a dispute arises, we ask that you contact us first at info@easyvirtualassistants.com so we can try to resolve it informally. Most issues can be sorted out with a conversation.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
